This policy sets out when and how refunds are issued for services purchased from Lesan Ul Arab. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every enrolment. Before purchasing any course, we encourage every student to book a free trial lesson so both sides can confirm the fit before any money changes hands.
1. Online courses
Online courses are billed monthly through Paddle. The refund window is:
- Within the first three lessons of a new enrolment: you may cancel and receive a 50% refund of the unused portion of that month's fee.
- After the third lesson: no refund is issued for the current month. You may cancel future months at any time; you will not be charged again once cancellation is confirmed.
- Unused hours: hours purchased but not used within a billing month do not roll over unless you have arranged a formal pause (see the Online Study Policy).
2. On-campus courses
On-campus fees are paid per level. Once a level has begun:
- Within the first three teaching days of the level, you may withdraw and receive a 50% refund of the level fee.
- From the fourth teaching day onward, no refund is issued for the current level. You may choose not to enrol in the next level.
- Registration fees are non-refundable in all cases.
3. Interruptions caused by the institute
If the institute cannot deliver a scheduled lesson because of a connection problem on our side, teacher unavailability, or any other reason attributable to us, you will be compensated in full for the lost time either by a replacement lesson or, if you prefer, by a refund of the lost portion of the fee.
4. Course materials and books
Physical books and printed materials are refundable within fourteen days of delivery, provided the item is returned unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Digital materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
5. Accommodation
Lesanularab Dorms accommodation is booked through Airbnb, and refund terms are governed by Airbnb's own cancellation policy, visible at the time of booking. Local rentals arranged with third-party landlords are outside the institute's control and are governed by the tenancy agreement you sign with the landlord.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, send an email to info@lesanularab.com with:
- The name used on the enrolment
- The course and, if online, the Paddle order reference
- The date of purchase and the reason for the request
We aim to acknowledge every request within two working days and to process approved refunds within seven working days. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at the address above. We take chargebacks seriously and prefer to resolve disputes directly, quickly, and fairly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your enrolment being suspended pending investigation.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory refund rights that apply in your country of residence. Where a stronger consumer-protection right applies (for example, the fourteen-day EU withdrawal right for services not yet performed), we will apply it.
