Classes are held on Microsoft Teams
We use Microsoft Teams as our primary platform for all online classes. Upon registration and payment, you will be fully onboarded and guided through Teams setup by our team — no prior experience required.
Technical Requirements
You are responsible for providing the following before classes begin:
Microsoft Teams (free to install)
Stable internet connection
Webcam / camera
Headphones with microphone
Arabic keyboard or input method
Email for homework & materials
Study Policy
💳 Payment & Refunds
- Study begins only after fees are paid.
- Minimum enrolment is 20 hours per month.
- A 50% refund is available during the first three lessons.
- No refund is issued after the third lesson.
⏱️ Punctuality & Delays
- Any delay by the teacher will be compensated to the student accordingly.
- Any delay by the student will be deducted from their lesson time.
- If running late, the student must notify the teacher and admin at least 2 hours before the lesson.
- The teacher will wait a maximum of 20 minutes for a late student.
🌐 Connection Issues
- If the connection problem is on the center's side, the student will be fully compensated.
- If the connection problem is on the student's side, the time lost will be deducted from their balance.
📅 Absences
- If you cannot attend a lesson, notify us at least 3 hours in advance.
- Failure to notify will result in the lesson being deducted from your balance.
- Absences are limited to twice per month. Additional absences will be deducted from your balance.
⏸️ Pausing Your Studies
- You may pause your studies and preserve your remaining balance for up to one month.
- After one month, the right to use your balance or request a refund is forfeited.
- Your original class time slot cannot be guaranteed after pausing — a new schedule must be arranged with the center.
☕ Lesson Break Times
- 2-hour lesson: 15-minute break included.
- 1.5-hour lesson: 10-minute break included.
- Under 1.5 hours: no break.
- Break time is included within the total lesson duration.
📚 Study Materials
- Study materials are not included in the course fee and must be purchased separately.
- Materials can be ordered through the center — visit our Materials page for available titles and pricing.
📝 Exams
- Exam hours are included within the total hours of each level — they are not additional.
